J’ai reçu le colis FedEx une semaine après la commande, un délai tout à fait raisonnable entre la Corée du Sud et la France métropolitaine. Le packaging est complet : deux planches de films (permettant de réaliser deux fois l’intégralité de la protection de la montre), un tutoriel, un flacon pulvérisateur, deux lingettes imbibées de solution alcoolisée pour éliminer le sébum et la poussière, ainsi que deux pinces en plastique.
Je recommande toutefois d’acheter en supplément un litre d’eau distillée et une paire de gants chirurgicaux afin de faciliter la pose des films de protection et d’éviter toute empreinte de sébum sur les parties en acier de la montre.
En prenant mon temps, j’ai pu réaliser un travail soigné. Le rendu final est tellement impeccable qu’on ne distingue pas les stickers. Je remercie chaleureusement nos amis sud-coréens pour cet excellent produit, que je recommande sans hésiter.
The films came nicely packed in a folder. The quality and the precision of the stickers felt awesome. I had so much fun sticking them onto the timepiece.

This was my first purchase of a product like this and also from this company. I received the product quickly. I used distilled water per instructions and took my time putting the film on my new 2025 Rolex Platinum Daytona. I bang watches around since I wear them vs just save them and wanted this one protected from the start. It took some time this first time to put all the film on but once you get the hang of it the time is a lot less. All the tools were included & instructions were clear. I now feel that this watch is very well protected even as a daily wearer. I am now ordering more for other watches.

I am absolutely thrilled with my WatchShell purchase! From the simple & easy to use setup to the rock-solid, reliable performance, this product has exceeded all my expectations.
The product is fine, it just really time consuming to put on. It took 13 days to arrive. I had a query about one of the sheets having 2 circles missing, I was advised this was quality control ! When I asked why do both sheets not have two missing I was advised that they did not understand my question. Even after a photo they said they still did mot understand. I would level that level of customer care to your judgement.

Watch shells stickers are reliable. One of the better ones out there
I have purchased lots of premium kits from watch shells. All have been excellent except for this one. The case precut film either side of the crown is too small. A few others were not fitting correctly either. This is the same film that I use on my cars for paint protection film (xpel) and instead of complaining, ill just cut custom pieces from the rolls of film i have. This set was a big disappointment.
