I recently purchased a protective film for my Yacht-Master 40, and I must say the product itself is outstanding. The quality is excellent, and once applied, it’s almost invisible—you can barely tell it’s there. It gives great peace of mind without affecting the look of the watch at all.
Unfortunately, my experience with the courier, FedEx, was extremely disappointing. The delivery took more than 10 days due to a false declaration of a failed delivery attempt at my home. Because of this, I had to travel two hours to their main office, only to be told that the package had actually been delivered to a store just five minutes away from where I live. The whole situation was a complete disaster and a very frustrating experience.
That said, I want to commend the WatchShell team for their professionalism. They handled the issue very well, were responsive, and genuinely tried to help despite the courier problems, which were clearly beyond their control. I hope WatchShell will take note of this experience and consider offering alternative shipping options in the future for the United Kingdom customers like me—perhaps Royal Mail instead of FedEx.
In summary, I am very happy with both the product and WatchShell’s customer service, but highly dissatisfied with the courier used for delivery.
