Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with WatchShell products, you can request a return or exchange. All requests must be submitted in writing via email (hello@watchshell.com) within 30 business days of receiving your shipment and are subject to approval.
- Please return 1 piece unworn film of the 2 pieces enclosed, keeping one unused film intact, to WatchShell Factory. A processing fee of $30 per order will be deducted from refunds to cover card fees, complimentary shipping, and packaging costs. This fee is non-profit-driven and is solely to offset these expenses. Refunds, excluding this fee, will be processed once the product reaches WatchShell Factory.

Shipping Method
- Please use a standard postal service with tracking and provide it to us through the email, and we recommend adding insurance to avoid loss. Customers are responsible for any packages lost in transit during returns.

Customs and Import Fees
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported to the destination country. For orders shipped outside South Korea, any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
